This is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 2 master bedrooms and 2 twin rooms, is located on the popular development of WESTBURY. The villa has a WEST facing pool, with the sun beating down from the late morning till early evening, and a spa to enjoy after spending all day at the attractions and wanting to ease those aching bones, or you can enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine from your private seating reminiscing the day.
The living area has a fantastic high vaulted ceiling, which provides a cool, bright and spacious environment in which the whole family can relax together after an action packed day. The room consists of a sofa and love seat, coffee table, large TV complete with cable channels and a DVD system.
The villa has two Master bedrooms both with luxury en-suite facilities. The first master bedroom has a KING sized bed and the second has a QUEEN sized bed. Both masters have built-in closet, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. Both en-suite bathrooms come complete with a walk-in shower cubicle, WC, wash basin and vanity mirrors and access to the outside seating area.
The two twin bedrooms consist of a built-in closets and two set of drawers. Located beside one of the twin bedrooms is the third bathroom with large bath/shower, wash basin and WC.
All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, hairdryer, clock radio and bedside lamps.
All the bed linen and towels are provided for your needs, but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels, or why not pick up a bargain at the local shops!
The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all appliances including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a large selection of crockery and cutlery. The essential coffee machine is also provided for those early morning rises in readiness for the theme parks. For that extra entertaining space the breaskfast bar with 4 bar stools.
If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the dedicated utility room complete with ironing board, iron and laundry basket
The formal dining area is conveniently located between the kitchen and family living area and is complete with a large wooden table and 6 chairs.
